Manage stress: But life is full of uncertainties. How can you be prepared for everything? Problems are bound to come with all its worries. What we can do is change our responses to the situations. We need to learn how to manage stress. Stress management has to be a way of life to get stress relief.
Apart from this one can get immediate stress relief through some medication and other techniques like hypnosis. Stress causes some biochemic changes in the body which can be neutralized through drugs.
