Panic attack usually stays for a period of 10-30 minutes and reaches peak within 10 minutes with the above symptoms.

Typically panic attacks are characterized by their rapid onset, within minutes, and short duration usually less than 10 to 15 minutes, in contrast to the anxiety associated with generalized anxiety disorder, which emerges and dissipates more slowly. This distinction can be difficult at times. Panic attacks typically appear in late adolescence or early childhood although exceptions are there.
